The Therapy Consultation

This is without charge and is provided to help you make a more informed decision about whether you do want to go ahead with your therapy. It’s a chance to ask your questions and talk about the challenges you want to resolve.

 

LGBT+ Therapy Sessions

Each session usually will be for 60 minutes. Sometimes it may be appropriate for a longer session in which case this can be discussed with you. A stop smoking session lasts for 90 minutes.

60 Minute Online Therapy Session = £70

60 minute Online or in Person Session = £70

90 minute Quit Smoking Session = £150
