Whatever letter you identify with in LGBTQ+, you have probably had a difficult journey to get to where you are right now. Even with society and the law recognising the rights we have to be ourselves, attitudes haven’t necessarily changed as much.

You will probably experience anxiety and fear about admitting to yourself who you really are and then have some worries about how to live your life authentically. In order to be yourself you would ideally want to let your closest relatives and friends know you for who you are.

True happiness can only come through being able to be yourself fully and completely.
